"I love mushing genres together, and making them work.”

Bio

Canadian-born and Los Angeles–based producer and songwriter STINT began his creative journey in film school, where his background in sound design naturally evolved into film composing. Combining this cinematic sensibility with his experience as a touring drummer, he developed a signature sound that bridges pop, R&B, indie, and hip-hop. His distinct production style has shaped defining songs such as Sabrina Claudio’s “Unravel Me,” Jacob Banks’ “Chainsmoking,” Demi Lovato’s “Tell Me You Love Me,” and Gallant’s “Weight in Gold.”

STINT produced Gallant’s debut album Ology, earning a Grammy nomination for Best Urban Contemporary Album. His more recent work highlights an ever-expanding creative range — from producing Rat Wars, the critically acclaimed album by noise/industrial/metal band HEALTH, to crafting singles for d4vd, Kesha, Joji, Oliver Tree, Emei, and 1999 Write the Future.

Blending nostalgic warmth with modern experimentation, STINT continues to fuse genres and eras, honoring the past while shaping bold new sounds for the future.
